IMPORTANT:  2024 TEE TIME POLICIES 
  • A credit card will be required to book a tee time, both online and over the phone and can be securely saved to your account profile to save time for future bookings
  • Your credit card will not be charged at time of booking unless you elect to pre-pay for your round
  • We will be implementing a 24 hour cancellation policy  
  • If your group is a ‘No Show’ or ‘Short Show’ (less than the number of golfers reserved), you will be charged for the full value of the booking using the credit card on your account profile
  • In the case of inclement weather you will not be charged if the golf course is deemed unplayable (determined by CW Management)
Think of your tee time the same as having tickets to a Leafs/Blue Jays game or a Concert. If your friend cancels on you last minute, you don’t get a refund for the extra ticket … you just have an empty seat beside you.  We’ve been very lenient  in the past … and this won’t affect 99% of golfers. And it certainly won’t affect you, because you appreciate what we’re trying to do. And we thank you for that!  
 
ADDITIONAL POLICIES:
  • Tee Times for THREESOMES AND FOURSOMES can be booked via the CW App or below using the Tee-On widget below
  • Tee Times for TWOSOMES and SINGLES must be booked over the phone
  • Golfers will have access to the Driving Range and Chipping Green prior to their tee time
  • Reservations for The Bistro and Patio for after your round can be made on the CW App
  • Driving range use is limited to those with a tee time booking until 5PM, at which point it will open for those without a tee time
  • Please note the driving range closes half an hour prior to sundown and at 4PM on Tuesday nights and Wednesday mornings until approx. 9am for weekly maintenance4
