We don’t reserve tee times for tournaments or leagues. Every available time stays open so more people have the opportunity to play Copetown Woods.
Online booking
Ready when
you are.
Bookings open two weeks plus two hours in advance. For example, Saturday tee times open at 10 PM on the Friday two weeks before.
Threesomes and foursomes can reserve online through Chronogolf. Sign in to use your existing profile, prepaid packages and CWPPS benefits.

2026 booking policies
Reserve with confidence.
Play with consideration.
We want as many golfers as possible to have the chance to get out and play. These simple booking policies help keep tee times available and fair, while giving unused times the best chance of finding their way to another golfer.
24-hour cancellation
Reservations must be changed or cancelled at least 24 hours in advance.
No-shows and short-shows
If fewer golfers arrive than were reserved, or the group does not arrive, the card on file may be charged for the full value of the booking.
Inclement weather
You will not be charged if CW Management determines that the golf course is unplayable.
Tee timeReserved
Think of your tee time like a ticket.
A reserved tee time is a lot like a ticket to a game or concert. If a friend can’t make it at the last minute, you wouldn’t normally expect the box office to refund their ticket.
The same principle applies to a reserved tee time. It helps us keep tee times fair and available for everyone.

Simple expectations help every group start comfortably and keep the day running smoothly.
Group size
Threesomes and foursomes can book online. Singles and twosomes must book by calling the Golf Shop.
Tee-sheet fit
Singles and twosomes may be moved within an appropriate window of their original time to complete foursomes.
Practice access
Golfers have access to the driving range and chipping green before their tee time.
Range hours
The range opens 30 minutes before the first tee time, except Wednesday mornings for maintenance. It closes 30 minutes before sundown and at 4 PM on Tuesdays for clean pick.
Evening access
Until 5 PM, the driving range is reserved for golfers with a tee time. After 5 PM, golfers without a tee time are welcome.
After your round
Make the day last a little longer with a Bistro or patio reservation.
