What is the CWPPS?
The CWPPS (Copetown Woods Public Players Society) is a program designed to provide golfers with exclusive benefits, savings, and access to unique events throughout the season.

Why are you changing things?
These changes allow us to create a stronger connection with our golfers, continue to provide unbeatable value, increase the benefits of playing CW, create some cool experiences that you’ll love and enhance relationships with our partners to provide even more cool stuff!

Is this going to cost me more money?
It’s going to cost you $100 up front, but you’ll save that back very quickly. But throughout the course of the season, it will be easy to see that you will save even more money. And the more you play, the better the benefits become. And you’ll get a pretty cool and practical gift.

If I belong to the CWPPS, will I get advanced booking privileges?
Booking privileges will not change. The benefit of the CWPPS is the reduced rate and the many other benefits … but one thing I won’t do is remove the opportunity for new golfers to book.

How can I track the number of points I have?

Your points will be visible in your account through the Chrono Golf app. Please note there is a delay from the time a green fee is purchased until the time the points show in your account.

How do I redeem my points? 

When you get to a points threshold, let the golf shop staff know, and we will apply a free round credit to your account. Your points will not be deducted as you reach each round redemption level. They will accumulate all season long. 

So how are points accumulated exactly?

Examples:

Weekday Green Fee = $63 –> 10 points per dollar = 630 points earned

Twilight Weekend Green Fee = $62 –> 9 points per dollar = 558 points earned

If I use a Green Fee ticket, will I earn points?
No. Society points can only be accumulated when green fees are purchased and earned on a per-dollar spent basis. 

Can I pay the regular rate and earn points? 

No, points are only earned based on the CWPPS green fee pricing.

How soon should I expect to earn my free round redemption levels?

Based on weekday green fees, free round redemption levels will come at approximately 10 rounds (6000 points), 23 rounds (14000 points), 40 rounds (24000 points) & 55 rounds (36000 points).

What benefits do I get once I belong?
As a golfer who belongs to the CWPPS, you’ll enjoy discounted Green Fees every round, redeem points for free rounds, 10% off power carts, 10% off Golf Shop merchandise (TaylorMade clubs, golf balls, CW apparel, and more), and access to exclusive events and partner promotions.

Are the benefits valid all season?
Yes, CWPPS benefits are valid for the entire golf season.

Is the CWPPS a one time fee that will carry over into the next season?
No … this CWPPS will be an annual fee. Benefits will be valid until the end of the current season, regardless of the date you registered. Best to join early and reap the rewards!

When booking online will I need to add the names of my playing partners, or can that be determined at the Pro Shop?
You can still book the tee time with 3 ‘Guests’. Upon check-in, if your guests belong to the CWPPS, they will need to give us their name to add to the booking to receive a reduced rate. Otherwise they will pay the regular green fee rate. 

When I earn enough points for a Free Green Fee, are there stipulations on use? 
Free rounds will only be redeemable on Weekdays (excluding Holidays).

Can I earn points for playing 9-holes? 
Yep! You’ll receive points on a per-dollar spent basis for 9-hole green fees!

Can I use my discounts for other players in my group?
No, CWPPS benefits are exclusive to those who belong and cannot be transferred or shared with others. Easy fix though … they can belong too!

What types of events and promotions will be available?
We will run exclusive events like shootouts under the lights, partner promotions, and others. Details about these events will be shared throughout the season.

What happens if I join later in the season?
You can join the CWPPS at any time during the season. However, signing up early ensures you receive maximum benefit!

Can I get a refund if I decide it’s not working for me?
CWPPS fees are non-refundable. We encourage you to take full advantage of the benefits throughout the season.

Do I need to show proof that I belong to receive benefits?
Yes, those who belong to the CWPPS will create a profile that will include a photo. When golfers book their tee time, they will use their profile, and this will be used when checking in to allow them to redeem the benefits.free
