How do I join?
Join in person through the Copetown Woods Golf Shop. The annual CWPPS fee is $100, and your benefits begin as soon as you register.
Do CWPPS participants receive advanced booking privileges?
No. Booking access remains the same for everyone. CWPPS provides preferred pricing and additional benefits without limiting the opportunity for new golfers to book Copetown Woods.
Which purchases earn points?
Points are earned on every CWPPS green-fee purchase, including 18-hole, twilight and 9-hole rounds. Weekday green fees earn 10 points per dollar, while weekend and holiday green fees earn 9 points per dollar. Cart fees, merchandise and other purchases do not earn points.
How can I track my points?
Your point total is visible in your account through the Chronogolf app. Please allow for a short delay between purchasing a green fee and seeing the points appear.
How do I redeem a free round?
Once you reach a redemption milestone, let the Golf Shop team know and we will apply a free-round credit to your account. Your points are not deducted after a redemption; your total continues accumulating throughout the season.
When will I reach each free-round milestone?
It depends on the mix of green fees you purchase. Using the current $63 weekday 18-hole green fee as an example, the four milestones are reached after approximately 10, 23, 39 and 58 paid rounds.
Are there restrictions on free rounds?
Free rounds earned through CWPPS can be redeemed on weekdays, excluding holidays.
Do twilight and 9-hole green fees earn points?
Yes. Every paid CWPPS green fee earns points on a per-dollar basis, including twilight and 9-hole rounds.
Will I earn points when using a green-fee ticket or free-round credit?
No. Points are earned only when a CWPPS green fee is purchased. Tickets, complimentary rounds and free-round credits do not earn points.
Can I pay the regular public rate and still earn points?
No. Points are calculated only on green fees purchased at the CWPPS rate.
Can I use my discounts for other players in my group?
No. CWPPS pricing and benefits belong to the registered participant and cannot be transferred or shared. Other players are welcome to join CWPPS and receive their own benefits.
What events and partner promotions will be available?
CWPPS participants receive access to exclusive events and special partner promotions throughout the season. Details will be shared as each opportunity becomes available.
Are the benefits valid for the entire season?
Yes. Your CWPPS benefits remain valid until the end of the current golf season.
Does my CWPPS registration carry into next season?
No. CWPPS is an annual program, so registration and benefits do not carry forward. Joining early gives you the most time to take advantage of the program.
Can I join later in the season?
Yes. You can join at any time during the season, although joining earlier gives you more opportunities to save, accumulate points and enjoy the additional benefits.
Can I receive a refund if I change my mind?
CWPPS registration fees are non-refundable. We encourage participants to take full advantage of the benefits available throughout the season.
